These Terms govern your access to and use of Radiyo (radiyo.live) and YET Radio services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Radiyo is a directory and player for publicly available online radio streams gathered from third-party sources. We also operate the YET Radio group of stations. Playback depends on the availability of third-party streams we do not control. Listening analytics are collected only for the YET Radio group of stations; for third-party stations we do not collect per-station listening analytics beyond minimal, short-lived server logs required to operate the website.
All stations are freely available online. Radiyo / radiyo.live and YET Radio do not own or broadcast stations listed on the platform, except the YET Radio group of stations. Logos, names, and streams remain the property of their respective owners.

We review and respond as soon as possible and will promptly remove or update listings that infringe rights or are incorrectly presented.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service may link to or play content from third-party sites/servers. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, third-party content, policies, or practices.
Streams may become unavailable, change format, or cease at any time. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice.
Except for third-party station assets, the Radiyo and YET Radio website/app, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
If you send station suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and display that material on the Service. You must have the right to share any information you submit.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING FOR ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
We operate globally and adhere to applicable, country-specific laws. For consumer users, these Terms will be governed by the laws of your country (or state/province) of residence to the extent required by mandatory local law, and you may bring claims in the courts of your country/state of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable consumer rights under the laws of your country. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, then unless a separate written contract states otherwise, disputes are governed by Indian law and brought in the courts of Chennai, India.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service, other users, or rights holders.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We collect listening analytics only for the YET Radio group of stations. When you play third-party stations listed in our directory, we do not collect per-station listening analytics for those stations. Site-wide operational metrics and short-lived server logs may be generated to keep the website reliable and secure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
